Payment information: Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. EquityLens does not directly store complete payment-card or banking credentials. We may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, subscription plan, transaction identifiers and billing information required to administer your subscription.

Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support, feedback or other enquiries.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• provide, operate and maintain EquityLens;
• authenticate users and manage accounts;
• generate and store requested AI-assisted research;
• maintain watchlists and saved research;

3. AI Processing

EquityLens uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI infrastructure to generate analytical content requested by users.

Information necessary to process a request may be transmitted to AI service providers. Users should not submit confidential, sensitive or personally identifiable information in stock-research queries or other free-text inputs unless necessary.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information and should be independently verified.

4. Analytics, Cookies and Session Recording

EquityLens uses analytics technologies to understand platform usage and improve the service.

These may include Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity.

These services may collect technical and interaction information such as pages visited, device/browser information, navigation patterns, clicks, scrolling behaviour and session information.

Microsoft Clarity may provide session-replay and behavioural analytics functionality that helps us understand how users interact with the platform and identify usability or technical issues.

We may also use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics and operation of the service.

Users may control certain cookies through their browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect some platform functionality.

5. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay where applicable.

Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and security practices. EquityLens does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV information or online-banking credentials.

We may retain transaction identifiers, subscription status and related records required for billing, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate EquityLens, including providers supporting:

• cloud hosting and infrastructure;
• authentication and database services;
• artificial intelligence processing;
