3. AI-Generated Content

EquityLens uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, analyses and other informational content.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies or outdated information.

Outputs such as company summaries, bull/bear cases, risk scores, key metrics and other analytical information are automated analytical outputs and should not be interpreted as investment ratings, recommendations or guarantees.

4. Market and Company Information

Market, financial and company information displayed through EquityLens may originate from public sources or third-party data providers.

5. Accounts

You may not use EquityLens to:

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain EquityLens functionality may require a paid subscription.

Applicable pricing and billing periods are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the options provided through the service. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation prevents future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where EquityLens expressly agrees otherwise.

Payment processing is handled through third-party payment providers.

8. Intellectual Property

Users are responsible for independently evaluating information before making financial or investment decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a user materially violates these Terms, abuses the platform, creates security risks or uses the service unlawfully.

Users may stop using EquityLens at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions through the available subscription-management options.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service or these Terms periodically.

Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.

Continued use of EquityLens following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the EquityLens service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
